Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to our fellow members of the local Committee from each member of the consortium for their work in securing a substantial input of papers and in encouraging participation from their areas. We are also indebted to those who served as chairmen as without their contribution, it is impossible to conduct the conference. We also acknowledge all participants for their contributions to the Conference program as well as their contributions to these Proceedings. We would also like to record our appreciation for the work of Universitas Negeri Makassar team in taking care of all the excellent logistical arrangements for the conference.
