Abstract

Nowadays, advertisement and circulation of cosmetics, both through manual and online trading are happening in the society, causing many cosmetic circulation in society that do not fulfill the requirement of security, expediency and quality. Currently there are regulations on the manufacture and supervision of cosmetics circulation, but the reality in the community there are several violations committed by makers, distributors and / or cosmetics traders who distribute or trade unsafe cosmetics, causing harm to public health. Efforts to control the circulation of cosmetics not only through the instrument of legislation, but licensing and supervision. In accordance with the function of permission, the licensing in the field of cosmetics is one of the instruments used as a preventive effort to control the manufacture and circulation of cosmetics. In an effort to improve the compliance of business actors in the field of cosmetics to comply with legislation and licensing law enforcement efforts required, in the form of supervision with the application of sanctions.
