Welcome to the Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Neuroscience, Neurology, and Psychiatry Universitas Sumatera Utara (ICONAP 2024). The conference, currently in its seventh year, provided scholars and practitioners in neuroscience, neurology, and psychiatry an opportunity to exchange ideas. Upon evaluation by reviewers and selection by the editors, articles and case reports will have the potential for publishing in international journals. As of this writing, more than a thousand scholars and experts have participated in previous ICoNAP conferences.
