The main theme of ICON ARCCADE 2021 stems from the declaration of the United Nation, which prioritized the growth for a sustainable economy, especially in developing countries. Indonesia was one of the main sponsors of the proposal, as it is aligned with the vision of “Golden Indonesia 2045” which has been a national priority and is translated into four pillars. The second pillar, a sustainable economy, includes the mission to develop the creative and digital economy. ICON ARCCADE 2021 aims to bring together academics, scientists, researchers and practitioners from Art and Design field to exchange and share their experiences and research result related to several issues that impact the creative economy in relation to United Nation Sustainable Development Goals.
