- Abstract
Ideological and political course teachers play a leading role in guiding the cultivation of applied talents in application-oriented university. Ideological and political teachers are the leaders of ideology, so the accurate evaluation of Ideological and political teachers play an important role in carrying out the ideological work of the Party and the country. There is something wrong with the evaluation system of application-oriented University about the ideological and political course teachers, such as it focuses more on quantities than qualitative evaluation, more emphasis on one-sided evaluation but lack of comprehensive evaluation, and pay more attention to evaluation over feedback, etc. In the article, the evaluation system of ideological and political course teachers in application-oriented university was built by parallel the quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, set up the reasonable evaluation index to evaluate comprehensively, and parallel the evaluation and feedback.
