This study conducted A questionnaire survey on A university in zhuhai, collected 236 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis, and reached the following conclusions:(1) occupational values have A significant positive impact on self-efficacy and career planning. (2) self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on career planning. (3) self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role. After controlling self-efficacy, the influence of occupational values on career planning is reduced but still significant. In other words, self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role in the influence of occupational values on career planning.
