Abstract

Community education effectively promotes the process of urbanization of agricultural transfer population. This paper analyses the necessity of agricultural population participating in community education, makes SWOT analysis on the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of community education of agricultural transfer population, and puts forward the government’s macro-control to form a four-in-one model of community, university, enterprise and cultural resources management to optimize community education.
