Abstract

Changes in the era of so rapid an impact on the human characters changes ultimately have an impact on the environment and society sociological. Research conducted by the segment of the character development in higher education and students as objects. Research carried by the object is University Maarif Hasyim Latif Sidoarjo for one year. The style of rural communities in the campus and found many students who unwittingly nature of the dependence on Cyberspace a staple of every day. Of course, this phenomenon is becoming a major threat if not prepared preventive activity against a bad impact. Research using the method of interpretive social approach through the Participant Observation - PO and field research, participant observation conducted by questionnaire and interview. Further see characters change that leads to SDGs goal is to calculate the value of the Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER). The results obtained by implementing the three activities as a form realized the goal of a good education and answered respondents problem namely: Nafas Umaha, Leadership Student Management Course (LSMC) and Gerakan Nyemplung Kali (GNK). Referring to the three activities as an indicator, it can be seen the results to align with the aim of forming the SDGs good academic climate is the level of gross enrollment rate of 0.457% to 0.242% the value of gender equality and 0.215% of the total number. These percentage figures show the amount of activity can be done on an ongoing basis to ensure the strengthening of character).
