As the chairman of the 3rd International Conference on Learning Innovation, it is my great pleasure to welcome you all to our beloved Malang State University, to take part in this conference. This is a collaborative academic event between us, and The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), together with Jember University, Mulawarman University, dan Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.
