Abstract

The sharing of right of use has a long history. Those business models of sharing economy have become common in tourism industry. Based on numerous facts and cases, the essence of sharing economy is clear: it is a new economic form and system based on the Internet. The core of sharing economy is subdivision and application of right of use. Through analysis, it can be found that the sharing economy in tourism industry has the following characteristics: forming a large-scale supply with fragmented transactions; achieving Pareto Optimum by flexible transactions; customers putting more emphasis on right of use; relying on information technology to achieve the best match of supply and demand; changing from sharing among acquaintances to sharing among all people; security and trust are decisive factors.
