Abstract

With the issuing of two-child policy, families will increase the portion of investment in children education, and how to make household financing becomes crucial. In this paper, based on the analysis on the thought and background and content of "two-child policy", we analysed the advantages and disadvantages of having the two-child or single-child. And based in the advantages and disadvantages of having the two-child, investigated the specific approaches of household financing in the “two-child era” from three aspects, hopes to provide some references and opinions for the two-child families in Shaanxi provincial capital city.
