Abstract

Based on the Nietzsch’s interpretation of the body outlook, the paper makes a deeply analysis on the strong vitality of integrity of body and mind, the will to power and surpassing and then taking sports as the entry point makes the philosophical interpretation according to the Nietzsch’s body outlook. The viewpoints of the research are as follows: the “force” in Nietzsch’s body outlook is just consistent with physical force, mental force and courage in sports which reflects the nature of sports. Exercise of the will to power points to the life spirit of creating and surpassing which is the value of sports. Exercise prepares for creation of the superman and self-surpassing is the highest goal of sports participants.
