- Abstract
With the transformation of technological innovations and ideas, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Only by having the ability to respond quickly to customer needs can we condense core competitiveness well, but the inventory problem is also a top priority. Inventory cost is increasing in the proportion of enterprise costs, so inventory control has become one of the effective ways for enterprises to improve economic efficiency. Based on the investigation of the inventory management method of the distribution center of Company G, it is found that the existing order pattern is unreasonable. The economic order quantity model using fuzzy set theory is optimized, which can solve the ordering problem under uncertainty.
