The 2019 4th International Conference on Humanities Science and Society Development (ICHSSD 2019) has been held on May 24-26, 2019 in Xiamen, China. ICHSSD 2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of humanities science and society development to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in humanities science and society development and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.

The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in humanities science and society development and related areas. We invite original papers describing an idea or concept, addressing issues and problems, or focusing empirically on potential or realistic fields.

ICHSSD 2019 has received more than 300 papers and the papers come from both academia and industry concentrating on the international flavor of this event in the topics of sustainable energy and environment protection. Based on the peer review reports, 124 papers were accepted to be presented in ICHSSD 2019 by the editors. All the accepted papers have been presented on the conference, mainly by oral presentations in 4 sessions:
