Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the history and development trend of corporate welfare. The conclusion of this study is that the international development of corporate welfare can be divided into three stages which are welfare legalization, welfare universalization and welfare diversification. Welfare has gradually become an important means to of enterprise to motivate talents. The development of domestic welfare has experienced a transition from a planned economy to a market economy. Welfare has changed from a distribution with the nature of social functions to a distribution which is efficiency-oriented and demand-oriented.
