Abstract

In recent years, conflicts have easily arisen between primary school teachers and parents of students. The pupils' psychological endurance is poor, their parents dote on their children, and their teachers are cautious in their work. This series of social phenomena have hindered the development of education and the growth of children. Education is of vital importance to both the country and the society. It has a bearing on the rise and fall of a country. And the primary school period is the formation of a person's outlook on life and values, the education at that time is particularly important. The relationship between parents and teachers is bound to indirectly affect the development and growth of children. This paper mainly through literature review, book reading and other research methods. After analysis and research, the author thinks that there are three main reasons for the emergence of this social phenomenon: the impact of western culture; A mistaken understanding of policy; Parents and teachers themselves. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward the following solutions: returning to the tradition, looking for the educational route suitable for the Chinese nation; Improving the policy, improving the status of teachers, strengthening the social recognition of the profession of teachers; Strengthen the communication between teachers and parents, trust each other, teachers improve their own ability, and learn to use technology to carry out teaching to adapt to the development of the times.
