- Abstract
In order to implement the strategy of network power, China must have its own network sovereignty and network space, and formulate its own network protocol; secondly, it should have its own network security laws and regulations and regulatory system, and formulate relevant rules for international network. In the field of network, China can only promote the construction of a powerful network country through independent research and development and independent innovation. At the same time, to improve the construction of network security, network communication and network supervision can guarantee the sovereignty and security of the country’s cyberspace. In the implementation of the new situation of network power strategy, we need to abide by the development theory of “0-1 rule”, and that is, there should be horizontal network foundation and vertical innovation and development. Network foundation refers to excellent core technology and solid infrastructure, which can establish a unique position in international network security; innovation and development refers to the use of innovative thinking to continue to explore new roads. Safeguard the sovereignty and security of network space.
