Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the effect of organizational culture into the performance of the department head of the private university in the East of Jakarta. The research applied methodological survey that is path analysis. Data was collected from 86 respondents which selected by simple random sampling. The findings of the research show there is a positive effect of organizational culture into the performance of department head. The findings lead to the recommendation to maintain the organizational culture in order to improve the private university performance in general and performance of the department head.
