Abstract

During the period (1954–1975), Vinh Linh area was the front line of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, bordering the Republic of Vietnam. This strategic location helped the Party and State pay attention and invest in building Vinh Linh into a typical model of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. One of the fields that received special attention in Vinh Linh was education. During the fierce war years, education achieved many achievements, becoming a symbol of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam regime.
