ICER 2025 focuses on four key subthemes that capture the current directions and challenges of education in the 21st century: • Teaching and Learning — exploring effective pedagogies, learner engagement, and assessment approaches for deeper understanding.
• Innovation and Technology — examining how digital tools, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies are transforming education systems and practices.
• Interdisciplinary Approaches — promoting collaboration across academic disciplines to address complex educational challenges.
• Art and Culture — highlighting the significance of creativity, cultural heritage, and artistic expression in enriching learning experiences. This conference continues the tradition of fostering academic collaboration and dialogue between local and international participants. The papers presented and published in these proceedings represent diverse perspectives and rigorous research efforts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and the enhancement of educational quality worldwide. All papers included in this volume have undergone a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and relevance. We sincerely thank all authors for their scholarly contributions, the reviewers for their valuable feedback, and the organizing committee for their dedication in ensuring the success of ICER 2025. With a proud history of over 57 years, the Faculty of Education at Mahasarakham University has been at the forefront of preparing and empowering educators to meet the evolving challenges of modern education. The conference aims to:
