Abstract

This paper discusses the characteristics of the examination and approval system of publishing in mainland China and the feasibility of the reform, and puts forward some suggestions. First of all, this paper reviews the history of the establishment of the publication approval system. Then, this paper reviews the publishing management system. Third, it describes the world's other countries or regions of the publication management system. Fourth, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the approval system. Finally, this paper makes a feasibility analysis of the gradual reform of the examination and approval system.
