Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological tests and objective investigation in Chongqing application status of college recruiting, recruiters and candidates as well as perceptions of psychological tests psychological tests Standardization. Recruitment for the College of correct understanding of the value of psychological tests, psychological testing of the implementation process of science and improve the effectiveness of university students in the selection of proposals.
