The 6th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2019) was held in Moscow, Russia on October 24-25, 2019. The aim of ICELAIC 2019 is to provide a unified platform for teachers, researchers and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on education, language, art and inter-cultural communication.
The Conference is jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (Russia), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd (China).
The Conference has received 339 manuscripts, and 207 submissions have been accepted by our reviewers. All papers included in this collection have undergone careful peer-review by three experts before being selected for publication.
We would like to thank the organization staff, the members of the program committees and reviewers. They have worked very hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the authors to improve their work.
