Constructing a New Idea of Human Resources Sharing Under the Era of "Internet +"

- In the context of “Internet +”, the diversification of information has undoubtedly brought great convenience to people. But, the question is how can we effectively use this complex information to serve our human resources work? Based on the impact of “Internet+” on enterprise human resource management, this paper analyzes the method of human resource sharing platform under “Internet+” mode and distinguishes it from traditional theoretical analysis methods, in order to explain how organizations should use this information to enhance our organizational benefits. Through analysis, we understand that the core of the relationship, today, between supply and demand of human resources is “de-intermediation” and the flattening of information communication, realizing the openness and transparency of information on recruitment and application, maximizing the potential of the human capital market, and achieving the state of human capital sharing.
