It has been our great honor to welcome all the participants to The Tenth International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Business Management (ICEBM) UNTAR 2021. This international conference is held and organized annually by Management Department, Master of Management Department, and Tarumanagara Center for Entrepreneurial Studies under The Research and Community Engagement Department of Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta, Indonesia.

The goal of this conference is to provide a forum that facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experience of both practitioners and academics in the fields of economics, entrepreneurship, and business management. Despite the current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are still holding this international conference with more than 300 participants and more than 100 paper presenters. The authors of the papers come from more than 5 different countries.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to our keynote speaker, Mr M Lutfi as Minister of Trade, Republic of Indonesia. We would also like to extend our appreciation to conference plenary speakers: Dr. Jeetendra Vaswani from St Paul University, Manila, Philippines; Mr. Henky Prihatna, Director of Northstar Group, Indonesia; and Dr. Ir.
