Abstract

When a disaster occurs, it is very difficult for people inside a large building to evacuate safely. We propose a framework of Intelligent Evacuation Guidance System for Large Building (IEGSLB). IEGSLB proposes a new method for the set of evacuation indicators, and fire detection and video surveillance are applied to evacuation guidance, considering the effect of changes in road conditions and population density for dynamic adjustment of evacuation indicators. The mobile terminal communication and RFID system realize collaboration of safety and dangerous routes, minimizing rescue time and saving rescue costs to achieve rescue optimization.
