Abstract

This paper analyzes the environmental characteristics of the Arctic region and the factors that affect the construction efficiency of power transmission and transformation. Considering the climate and environmental characteristics of the Arctic region, the paper goes further to discuss the protective measures for operators and operating machinery used in the construction of power transmission lines in the Arctic region. It also analyzes the environmental impact of power transmission and transformation construction in the Arctic region.
