Big data makes mining human resources more precise and convenient. It makes enterprise organizational structures more systematic and flat. At the same time, it also makes human resource planning more scientific and intelligent. Through the application of big data, enterprises can not only build a human resource performance database but also innovate performance management methods through big data analysis, making enterprise human resource performance management more scientific, standardized and effective.
