Abstract

public service is the task of public organization. This study aims to analyze the performance of regional civil service agency (BKD) in Majene Regency. The research approach used is qualitative analysis. Data collection were taken through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results showed that the performance of public services is still in the bad category based on indicators of employee responsiveness in meeting the needs and desires of society, responsibility and accountability.
