The International Conference on Advance Research in Social and Economic Science (ICARSE) was held virtually on October 25th and 26th, 2022, from LPPM UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, Jl. Padjajaran 104 (Ringroad) Condongcatur, Yogyakarta 55283, Indonesia. In response to the need for cross-disciplinary contributions to the postpandemic revival era, the theme of the conference was “Optimizing the use of social science and economics in the post-pandemic revival era.”

The conference brought together researchers and practitioners from around the world to discuss emerging research methods and sources in the fields of social sciences and economics, as well as to share their experiences and insights regarding current and future challenges in various fields, such as politics, social, communication, humanities, networking society, business, sustainable development, and international relations.

We are pleased to present this proceedings volume, which includes 56 papers that were selected for publication from a total of 115 submissions. The acceptance rate was 48%, and the number of reviewers involved in the peer-reviewed processwas 14, ensuring the quality and rigor of the accepted papers.

In addition to the acceptance rate and number of reviewers, it is worth noting that the papers in this proceedings volume were submitted by authors from a diverse range of countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Hungary, and Uzbekistan. This international representation underscores the global relevance and significance of the research presented in this volume.

We would like to express our gratitude to the conference’s editors and reviewers for their tireless efforts and invaluable contributions to the publication of this proceedings volume. We would also like to thank the keynote speakers, Dr. Siti Darwinda Binti Mohamed Pero (Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia), Prayudi, Ph.D (UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta, Indonesia), Prof.Dr.VASA, László (Széchenyi IstvánUniversity,Hungary), and Bobur Sobirov, Ph.D (Samarkand Branch ofTashkent StateUniversity of Economics, Uzbekistan), for their inspiring speeches and insights, which contributed to the success of the conference.

We hope that the papers presented in this volume will stimulate further research and discussions and contribute to the advancement of social sciences and economics.
