Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and information technology on the performance of outsourced employees through motivation at PT. Jaya Sakti Prasetya. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used is all population or all employees of PT. Jaya Sakti Prasetya with 76 employees. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire containing statements distributed online. The data analysis technique used in this study is stuctural equation modeling (SEM) which is operated through Smart PLS. The results of this study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect and significant to employee performance through motivation, and information technology positively and significantly affects employee performance through motivation.
