The stuff formation of a creative educational institution is the most important component in the work of a manager. This is a difficult multi-faceted process, including invitation of high professionals, retraining of existing staff, stimulation of creative growth of working professionals, creation of conditions for professional development of specialists, formation of a process of creative enthusiasm in the company, etc..
