Abstract

Based on the growth environment of dance talents, this paper analyzes the internal logic of Chinese dancers' cultural identity motivation and talent growth, and analyzes how the three generations of Chinese dance talents develop their own dance career based on the national cultural identity. This article adopts the classic dance art theater and group case. Explore the relevant theater and theater business models at home and abroad, and provide a new research perspective for the dance art talents to go abroad, and study the way that dance art talents have a place in the western dance occupation performance market, which is the trend of Chinese dance art talents. The international market finds strategies.
