Abstract

The stable and sustainable supply of basic public services are determined by the support of public finance. In this paper, we first put forward the concept of Conservative General Public Budget Revenue, and propose a financial support indicator to measure the equalization of basic public services. We take Z city and its functional areas as research objects. By using ANOVA, we reject the hypothesis that the financial support of basic public services in all areas is completely equal. Moreover, by using LSD, we found that there is a certain degree of equalization among all functional areas, and even the mean of financial support in some functional areas are statistically equal.
