Abstract

As for emergency material supply in crisis, it is critical for emergency material mobilization to prepare in normal state. Economic mobilization has certain relations with supply chain in normal state. On the basis of analyzing the relationship of mobilization and supply chain, the paper constructs emergency material mobilization petri model in normal state, finally analyzes operation efficiency and time performance.
