Abstract

This paper constructs a mechanism model of the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the employment mobility of college graduates. This paper improves the indicators for industrial structure upgrading and employment mobility of college graduates. The theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of industrial structure change and the theory of labor mobility. Based on this theoretical foundation, this paper empirically tests the degree and mechanism of the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the employment mobility of college graduates, and proposes policy recommendations.
