Abstract

Chebyshev Legendre Galerkin(CLG) method coupled with higher-order shear and normal deformable plate theory is proposed to analyze free and forced vibrations of laminated composite plates. The laminates of various boundary conditions, side-to-thickness ratios, and material properties are considered by present method and the numerical results agree well with their corresponding analytical solutions. High accuracy, stability and efficiency is illustrated by comparing the presented method with the other methods.
