Abstract

Under the circumstance of teaching reform, from the aspects of theoretical attainment, practice, times demand and teaching art, the author holds the view that the ideological and political teachers should focus on the effectiveness, pertinence, life quality and teaching art, which aims to lay a solid foundation of a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values for college students.
