Abstract

In recent years, the state attaches great importance to college student entrepreneurship. The transformation of the economic development mode relies on innovation and entrepreneurship activities and proposes to “encourage entrepreneurship”, “promote entrepreneurship to promote employment” and “support youth entrepreneurship”. The country puts forward: “Form a new mechanism for government incentives for entrepreneurship, social support for entrepreneurship, and the courage of entrepreneurs to start businesses”. The above guiding ideology and national development strategy have given this paper special and important theoretical and practical values. This paper puts forward the ideas of optimizing the external environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education, integrating resources, encouraging universities to transition to entrepreneurial universities, and promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and strives to provide valuable reference and practical support for improving the standardized development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities across the country.
