Abstract

This paper is going to carry out a preliminary discussion on the cultivating system for full-time postgraduate veterinary from the perspectives of optimizing training plan, changing education methods, highlighting tutor selection as well as comprehensively regulating education process management based on the current condition. So, this paper aims at constructing a new full-time postgraduate veterinary training system which adapts to the development momentum.
