Proceedings of the 11th Asia Pacific Transportation and the Environment Conference (APTE 2018)
Welcome to the 11th Asia Pacific Transportation and the Environment Conference (APTE 2018), held on October 18-19, 2018 in Malang, Indonesia.
The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform of discussion for international experts on issues related to transport development and their impact on the environment. The event should also become a media for experts from various transportation branch to exchange ideas and opinions on managing and mitigating the potential negative impact of the transportation activities to the societies and environment.
The APTE Conference was initiated in 1998 in Singapore. Since then, the Conference has been organized regularly every two years, hosted in Singapore (2004, 2007), China (2000, 2005, 2009), Indonesia (2010), Thailand (2012), Sri Lanka (2014), and the last one was Malaysia (2016).
