Abstract

with the deepening of China's reform of higher education and improve, the ideological and political education management in universities reveals many deficiencies gradually and affect law school to work vigorously to promote. the rule of law and comprehensively promote the new situation of reform to enhance educational institutions has become an important and urgent task. In this paper, the Marxist theory, law school from the perspective of management of ideological and political education aimed at innovation management is researched in order to promote the legalization of management to improve the ideological and political education management Effectiveness.
