Abstract

The evolution of mobile communication networks has been driven by rapid technological advancements, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the integration of AI and ML in communication networks. The study focuses on the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Anomaly Detection in Wireless Networks (ADWIN), and Autoregressive (AR) models to enhance prediction accuracy and network efficiency. Data was collected through a review of existing literature and simulation studies on AI applications in mobile communication. Key results highlight the improvements in network prediction accuracy using hybrid intelligence techniques, with notable applications in anomaly detection and communication optimization. The paper concludes with recommendations for further research in AI-driven communication technologies and suggests frameworks for enhancing long-term prediction models that can enhance prediction accuracy and reduction in connection failures.
