- Abstract
Based on relevant literature, this paper studies the relationship among intellectual capital, learning from failures and corporate innovation performance. The study finds that intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) has a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance; learning from failures plays a mediating role between interectual capital and corporate innovation performance, intellectual capital can positively influence the innovation performance of enterprises through the internal conduction of learning from failures.
