- Abstract
Communicating to the public about the history, culture, folklore, art and other information contained in cultural relics is an important task for modern museums to practice in their social service functions. The IP image of cultural museums conveys the cultural connotation of cultural relics. In the era of digital media, channels of information circulation have changed, subsequently altering the space, field and path of cultural transmission, and reconstructing the production method and interpretation context of culture. Given this, the IP image design of cultural museums based on the communication characteristics of digital media has evolved into a new research topic. This paper takes the Museum of the NanYue King Mausoleum as a case. It criticizes the cultural connotation, creative expression and dissemination method of the museum’s IP image, applies the digital media art design theory to the design of the IP image, reintegrates the cultural resources of the museum, and proposes a digital creative design scheme and development strategy.
