- Abstract
In the era when digital technology widely involved in social governance, digital information processing has become the main method of social governance. On the one hand, digitalization brings about the intelligence of social governance, but on the other hand, it also makes some people become the “Remainder Life” left behind. In digital governance, the “Remainder Life” is facing a crisis of survival, facing problems such as the digitization of the body, the transfer of privacy, and the marginalization of the system, which is particularly prominent in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic. Therefore, this paper takes digital governance as the entry point, and analyzes the digital survival path of “Remainder Life” from the perspectives of politics, technology and humanities, bridges the gap in digital governance, and promotes “Remainder Life” to a digital “community”.
