Abstract

To change the status quo of China's real estate enterprises, and improve enterprise survival capacity, profitability, development capacity, etc., it’s necessary to carry out real estate enterprise financial performance evaluation. First, design a set of more scientific and reasonable system of real estate enterprise financial performance indicators on the basis of the evaluation index selection principle; Then use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the relative importance of each index, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct a real estate enterprise financial performance evaluation model; At last, prove the practicability and rationality of this research.
