- Abstract
Pragmatic texts translation has become increasingly important. By adapting to the shift from subjectivity to intersubjectivity, this paper discusses intersubjectivity in pragmatic texts translation by taking Topper Owners Manual as an example, analyzing the translation of terminologies, sentences and paragraphs, along with translation strategies and techniques adopted accordingly. It stresses that the author, the translation initiator, the translator and the target reader actively involved in pragmatic texts translation should be treated equitably.
