For his new vocational and technical college with a national first-class psychological counseling room, the author as a project manager? using the method of construction?s project management and operational research in detail discussed management?s imagine of construction?s project in the activity of creating the psychological counseling room of his college, through information feedback of the engineering practice of reality, felt its theory ?thinking? method?s function is profound in the practice, its theory? thinking? method?s value is tremendous in the practice, it has unlimited application and promoted prospects.
