- Abstract
The paper analyzes institutional anomalies arising in the process of introducing innovative technologies to wider public in the early period of digital technologies. It reveals the problems of transition to a new level of post-institutional economy. The presented research identifies the transformation trends in the institutional environment resulting from the introduction of information and communication technologies enabling to establish new types of open and equitable organizational structures.
